We want you to be happy with your Francois Designs purchase. As our products are made to order, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product. Please check product details and size guides carefully before ordering.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will arrange to fix it free of charge within a reasonable time. If it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

If the product is confirmed faulty, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please keep any postage receipts.

Print & Colour Variations

Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in screens, materials and printing processes.

If you believe your item has a significant print or colour issue or does not reasonably match the product shown or described, please contact us with photos and your order details so we can review the issue.

T-Shirt Sizing

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. As our apparel is made to order, we generally cannot offer an exchange simply because the wrong size was selected.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
