Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Francois Designs, each product is made especially for you when your order is placed. As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong colour or product.
Please carefully check your chosen product, size, colour and delivery details before completing your order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the issue so we can review your request and arrange an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect size or change of mind
As our products are produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, order the incorrect size, choose the wrong colour, or simply decide you no longer want the product.
We encourage customers to check the product description and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Cancellations
Because orders may be sent to production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once it has been submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
The 30-day reporting period above does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
